valve cover question
I am looking to get new valve covers for the 350 I am gonna put in my car. I want then to look cool and everything, only i noticed something when i was looking at the ones i have now. On the covers I have on my 305 in my car, there are 3 holes in the tops of the covers. I know one is for filling the oil. But what are the other 2 for??? Also, all the aftermarket valve covers that i see only have the 2 holes. If someone could explain the holes that would be great.!!!

Aftermarket ones usually don't have an oil filler hole. You fill the oil through the hole with the PCV valve or the breather cap.
If you have the money, I'd suggest you get a set of '68-74 aluminum Z28 valve covers. They aren't cheap, but they are SEXY!!! Best looking SBC valve covers I've ever seen. They also have a oil filler cap, lol.
