I am under the impression that if I hook an EGR up to a ZZ4 that it will pass NJ emissions becuase the ZZ4 heads are identical to L98 vette heads... therefore it is more or less trying to make an L98 vette with a ZZ4 cam pass emissions.

My quesiton is: Where do I get an EGR too hoookup with the ZZ4, and how does it get installed?

If the heads are the same as the Vette heads, you'll need to route the exhaust for EGR from the exhaust manifolds or headers, whichever you have.
