Gas Mileage from mods ??? Ideas???

I did a search and didn't come up with anything. I was just curious how an L03 with ported TPI heads, a LT1 cam, and ultimate TBI mods with the functional cowl hood would do as far as gas mileage? I'm going to run my stock manifolds but a custom Y-pipe and High flow cat. Any ideas on how to get this package to run smooth, or power output? Any info on this will be helpful, unless of course you say, "you need headers". Thanks for the info but I have my reasons. Thanks in advance.

Stock except for K&N, Flowmaster, Centerforce Clutch, MSD 8.5, and Accel Cap and Rotor.
87k on the clock and running smooth.

Well I cant think of any reasons of why not to get headers, but anyways....

I cant see you getting that much worse than you get now.
