fan in front of A/C condenser?

Has anyone mounted a fan in front of the A/C condenser? If so does it help keep the engine running cool when the A/C is on during 100 degree weather?

Some cars actually have them in front of the condenser stock.

It comes on when the A/C is on, this helps keep the condenser cooler at idle, making the A/C colder when in traffic or at lower speeds.

The bonus is the air will help the running temp too.

It should help. You can even fit 2 up there, a 14" and a 12". I'd mount them to the radiator support rather than using the zip ties to the AC condensor idea... And make sure the nut when it trys to fall off the bolt you have holding the bracket for the fan can easily do so rather than rubbing a hole thru the AC condensor core.
