What should these sensors read?

I was just playing with my new AutoXray and I currently have a to low reading for my MAT sensor. If the air outside is currently about 85 degrees what should the MAT read? Also I have a gutted cat, what should the mv reading of the 02 sensor read. Thanks.

The MAT usually reads 140ish on the cars I have had scanners hooked up to. I have seen it vary from just above ambient temp to as much as 170.

The o2 will be all over the place if its working right.
