Car throwing Code 44, Can't figure it out...

My car keeps throwing the code 44. It means "ECM is detecting lean exhaust from the O2 sensor for extended period of time". I replaced the O2 sensor and the MAF sensor already, along with recharging my K&N air filters. The biggest problem is that when I am stopped the car goes into a real rough idle and the service engine light comes on. But if I am goin it usually rides fine. What could the problem be?

Also, does anyone know of a really good 3rd gen mechanic in the Lowell area?

Thanks
-Scott

What else have you checked on it. How about fuel pressure, MAF sensor, vacuum leaks, bad fuel, or an exhaust leak? Just a couple of thoughts!!!
