Need help finding a EGR that will Wok w ZZ4 Intake
Just need a part number and where to find a EGR valve that will work on a ZZ4 Intake. I did a swap with my stock intake TBI and put this on but the EGR valve holes are not even close to stock. So now the mechanic has the car and cant find the part!! Also if anyone knows where I could get a adapter kit for the throttle and WOT cables as now they are too short so I need an adjustable one or something. THX, also the car is for sale if anyone is interested.

I used the stock '86 LG4 (carb'd 305) EGR valve when I installed that intake manifold. Also used stock throttle and TV cables with the stock q-jet cable brackets.

I don't know the part number, but any parts store should be able to get it for that application.

I think Weiand makes an EGR adapter plate that should work - it angles it 90 degrees to fit over the valve covers of centerbolt heads. Hope this helps.

Thanks everyone for the help. My wife found a shop that machines their own parts so we are taking the camaro there and I feel confident that they wont be as dumbfounded as the last shop. Thanks for the PN! You guys have been such a great help to me, I really wish I was in the states right now to do some of this work myself. Well, the good news is I found out that even though I have 3 years left on my contract the army will let me re-enlist for the bonus they are offering. I will have to do 6 years to get the max ammount of tax free loot and only 3 years will count twards the bonus. All-in-all I am looking at getting $7,500 tax free bones. Not too bad, I am a career man anyway so I gotta take what I can get. Thanks again everyone!
