Choke Light? Why?
Hey i have an 87 z28 with a 305 carbuerated engine. all of the sudden i am getting the choke light on and my car is running like ****. its like cutting out on me and puttering when i drive. i'll hit the gas and it will go and then it will just like slow down. can someone help please

It's probably an electrical problem rather than a choke problem. Is it starting to misfire at exactly the same time as the choke light comes on, or does one happen a few seconds before the other?
