Found my a/c problem...whats the way to repair it? (vader?)

ok...went and bought some r134a refrigerant and the hose to try and charge it again..the a/c compressor turned on and the clutch moves.... 2 secs later i heard why i havent been able to hold refrigerant in the system.. on the high side the valve stem over there is leaking.. i pulled it out and the o ring and everything was still in tact... ideas? Its definentely that high side valve stem...if i put my finger over the opening, the hissing sound goes away... can i simply just buy a valve stem? if so..is it a GM part?

It's a more or less regular Schraeder valve core. I wouldn't go back to GM for it. If you have a Blackstone in your area, that would be a place to start. Otherwise, NAPA or some other real parts store would have them; or any place that sells appliance/refrigeration parts.

Dime a dozen part from any decent parts store... meaning not autozoo, etc.
Most will try to stick ya with the carded stuff that comes 2 or 4 to a pack, but other places will have them in a box and will sell them one at a time.

AC valve core?

The one from the fuel gauge should work provided the o-ring is ok and the same size as the one on your ac... and it probably is.
