am i running rich or lean, please help me out!!!!!!!!!!!
pretty stupid question, i know how to build a small block, but i cant tell the difference between rich or lean,im using regular autolights, and i recently installed them about a month ago, i took them out to see if anything was wrong, and at the tip of the spark plug it was shiny black, does this indicated rich or lean, is that dangerous to be shiny black, what can i do to fix it if its a problem. Oh by the way its for the 71 ' duster w/ 340 motor

If it was lean, the plugs will be white because of the heat. Black could be rich with soot or it could be oil.
