A bit lean perhaps??
Well my car has been running a bit on the warm side lately despite a new water pump and an aluminum radiator. Also I have straight tips that run out the back and I don't see any carbon on them anymore, there used to be some on there before after a few days. I changed my O2 sensor last year and I changed my fuel pump just over a year ago. So, I'm not sure what else would caused a lean condition. Any other tests or suggestions?

Come on, any ideas?

Vacuum leaks can cause a lean condition (not sure with SD systems, but definatly MAF), is your fan working OK? Is the bottom radiator hose collapsing under throttle? Is your lower air deflector missing? T-Stat working OK?
The O2 sensor should correct for a lean in part throttle driving.
Also, a bad CTS could be the culprit, but still I think this would set a code.
