what size combustion chamber will keep me on pump gas
Im starting to build a 350. I've got a motor from a 87 chevy truck. The motor has been rebuilt so i'm not going to dive into the bottom end. So with stock pistons, what size combustion chamber should i be looking for on a set of heads to keep it in a safe region for pump gas, preferably 91 octane.

Well, if it has been rebuilt has it been overbored? If so, how much?
In reality, the only way to truly answer your question involves knowing the installed deck hieght of your pistons, the bore size, and calculate from there plugging in various cylinder head chamber CC sizes.
