Front suspension rebuild: stuck bolt

I am rebuiding my front suspension with a polygraphite kit from PST. I have taken off every bolt needed to get the control arm (A arm) off. One bolt decided to stick though, and I can't seem to get it out of the arm/frame. I got the nut off, but the bolt won't slide through. please help.

I'm guessing you mean one of the inner bolts. I beat mine out with a ball peen hammer. If for some reason you damage the threads doing this you can always replace it.

I tried beating it out with a hammer, but it dodn't want to budge, and it is a bit of a tight space, you are correct it is an inner bolt, where the control arm connects to the frame.

Yup I have

Put a socket on it and screw it outta there.

If that doesnt work get a open end 18mm, put it on the head of the bolt, grab the end of the wrench and pull it straight towards ya turning it back and forth.

Beleive me I know it all too well.. I've had my front end apart on my car about 4 times in a year

This happened to me, one of the bolts on my rear supsension was REALLY tight. After toying with attaching little pipes to the wrench for more torque (bent them all) I whipped the intermediate pipe from my old exhaust and with penetrating oil I was finally able to get it off.

The morale of this story is find a strong pipe and slide it on the end of the wrench and all bolts should come off no problem (or snap in the process )

Just wear gloves, you never know what your hands will hit when the bolt snaps...

If I understand you right you have a bolt stuck in the rubber bushing. This happened to me. I could not beat it out or turn it out inshort the bolt was not going anywhere.
The bolt is made out of very hard steel so a regular metal blade will not cut it. Get a good sawzall and you have to buy a carbide blade and these are very expensive. Just suck it up though and it will cut through the bolt in about 5 minutes. Have a some water and a good fire extinguisher ready though because you will catch the bushing on fire. Once this is you are home free.

I may have to go get a sawzall. the bolt turns fine, but it won't back out of the hole. it's very frustrating.

If it turns, go get a 5 lb shorty sledge hammer, put the nut on the end to protect the threads and hit it. It'll come out.

While your at the store get a large punch so that you don't have to run back...I always have to go 3 times (at least).
