Is there anything you would change about it? I drive my car just about everyday, although i dont have to, and i do like to take it to the track a couple times a month, im hoping to make about 350hp at the crank. What do you guys think?

What heads do you have now? It's just my opinion, but rather than buy the torquer heads, I'd step up to the Sportsman IIs. On the Chevy Hi-perf head flow database, these heads are very competitive with other brands (and Vortecs). They're also smog legal, have screw in studs, and conventional intake/exhaust port locations. You get your choice of angled or straight spark plugs too.

I've been looking around a lot and it looks like the Sportsman IIs are some of the best iron heads for the money, if you don't want to deal with the Vortec specific parts (intake, rockers..)

(no, I'm not a World Products employee; it'd be nice to get paid for this product endorsement! )

Cam choice looks good btw.

the only heads i have now are stock swirl ports, the dart iron eagle heads and pro toplines have crossed my mind before. I definetly dont want to use vortec heads, IMO they aren't worth the hassle of all the specific parts and machining to work with a bigger cam.

I'm not a fan of any World heads at all. They flow horrible in as cast form. Those heads use ancient casting and design technology, after all they have'nt changed in 25 years The casting are usually very poorly made and are considered junk by todays casting and technology standards.

I would look at the other as you stated. Also take a look at the Pro Topline Vortec 906 heads. They are already setup for performance and are way cheaper then the worked over GM castings. They are far superior in every aspect.
