i have a '91 z28 5.0L
the car idles poorly, and it has times when it stalls out constantly. I'll be driving and when i press the clutch in, the rpms drop to 0 and the car stalls. It is only when the clutch is in that this happens. Any help would be appreciated.

You have a TBI or TPI?

its TPI, i also am getting code 32 quite frequently

Seems like I read somewhere that the EGR should be closed at idle rpms or the exhaust gas in the cylinder will result in the engine stalling. The code 32 also indicates and EGR system fault (I think).

32. Fault in barometric pressure sensor circuit OR
Fault in exhaust gas recirculation valve diagnostic switch OR
Fault in electronic vacuum regulator valve


Ya, I second checking the EGR. Hope this helps, go this from the list in the tech section.
