TV Cable removal ?
I've already got it removed from the transmission (just the one bolt lol)... but I need to get it out from the CC Q-jet, and I cant figure out (since I cant see behind it) what I need to do to get it off.
This is the biggest thing holding me up from having this car street driven!
Thanks

I was looking at the exact same thing the other day with my transmission out. I'm going to take a wild guess and say it might be accessable from under the pan. Then again, that's just my first guess. I changed my tranny filter but didn't bother looking around when the pan was off too much.

no no I mean, where the TV cable hooks up to the Carb.
Once I can get it out from the carb then I can feed the wire through and lift the little hook in the tranny and put the bead looking thing at the end of the TV cable through it and hook it all back up... I'm sure there's an easy way to do it, since I cant find any posts on it lol.

out from the carb
I'm not sure what you're asking.... it's really really simple, like so simple, you might have accidentally outsmarted yourself.... if you're asking how to get the cable off of the motor, it clips onto the carb linkage, you push it toward the front to get it off the little post on the carb; and it has a part of the plastic thing that clips the housing into the throttle cable bracket, you just squeeze the tabs together and it pops out. None of it even takes any tools.

Thanks RB.. I now realize why there were no posts on how to remove this part of it
