White smoke at start up, once in awhile......
That means a coolant leak correct? I noticed it for the 2nd time last night. Before was about 2 months ago, and only on that start up. Nice and white. What does this mean and how much longer do I have?
I'm looking into buying some heads and doing the LT1 intake swap. So I guess that will be the perfect time to replace leaking gaskets? However, I wanted gears and headers before intake and heads, will I have time or not?
Any ideas?

I'm not exactly sure dude, but I thinking maybe leaking valve seals dripping oil into the combustion chamber, then the car burns it up at the start up.

Many people think the smoke is white when actually it is kind of blue-ish.
Make sure the smoke doesn't have a blue-ish tint to it.

Coolant burning is WHITE not "whitish". If it's a sunny day you should be able to see the blue in it if it's oil. If it's a small amount of oil sometimes it can be hard to see the blue.

CLOWD OF WHITE, NO BLUE, just W_H_I_T_E.
I've seen blue smoke, and white with blue tint, and red with orange tint and grey smoke.
So again, WHITE!!!!

check your coolant then
another thing you might be able to do is WHEN THE CAR IS COLD pop the radiator cap off and start the car once the thermostat opens up if you have a blown head gaset which will allow coolant into the motor and cylinder pressure into the cooling system you will get a nice cloud of bubbles in there
a few bubbles is one thing might just have some air floating around but if you just get a huge froth of bubbles at idle and it looks like foam you rpolly have head gasket issue
you could also smell your coolant. shouldn't have a gas smell to it
might want to check your oil also see if it has a foamy look to it. a bubble or two again might just be some air but not a foamy look. and again smell it for gas or coolant smell
also can put your hand next to your exhuast tip and let the exhuast get on it
smell your hand
what does it smell like?
sweetish smell is coolant smell
if you have none of the above your prolly looking into valve seals which is what I am betting on also
but if you might have some of the above might start looking into other places

You have bad valve seals. The smoke is typically mostly white with only a slight slight hint of blue. My bad seals always produced a white puff on startup and cold running conditions. No big deal unless you never correct the problem. Over time too much oil can and really shot seals can eventualy have its way with your top end.
