How about this cam?

I had a Comp Xtreme 218/224 112LSA recommended to me. How would this act with my current setup? I have a 1800 stall converter, and if it's makes a difference my car shifts at 2200 rpms. If this is too harsh of a cam is there a better one? I going to port my L98 heads myself and get headers, siamese the intake. That's about all for now.

Thats kinda big for stock heads and 2.77's. If you do decide to run that cam, make sure the heads can handle the lift. IIRC that cam has about .503 on the exhaust side with 1.5's. I don't think stock springs will take that w/o binding. If you're planning on heads in the future, do both at the same time. Good luck
