how do i know if a cam/head setup is matched???

for instance, I have a Comp XE262H cam, specs are 218/224 .462/.469 w/ 110 lsa. what type of specs should i look for in a set of heads to match this cam? or suppose I wanted to bump up to an XE268H? I would like to build a new motor some time soon but for now i'm just doing a little research. thanks
