need help fast

put in new crank and bearings (305) put all back together. when i go to torque the rod bolts to spec, crank will not turn(will not turn over)but, if i loosen them all, it will turn over. what could be the problem? all the bearings are matched for the crank so, it should not be the wrong size bearings.

any help would be appreciated

Check your bearing clearances with plastigauge...probably wrong size bearings.

everything was checked before hand and I have no way to check now. All of the caps went back to the same places. But now after messing with it I can tq them all down now but the #4rod, as soon as I tq the #4 it will not turn any more. So I have it down to that one now,. I checked the rod bearings to make sure they were in right, and they look good, but it will not turn when I have it tight. anything more the 15pds of tq and it will not turn over???????????
