Is this a stock memcal for an '89 305 manual GTA???

The reason why I'm wondering is there is a resistor soldered to two different pins on the memcal as you can see in the pic. And some pins from the limp mode chips have been cut... doesn't exactly seem like factory work to me.
If anyone has any info on this please let me know.

can tell exactly but it looks like it was done after the original prom was installed, so, it looks as if its a resistor for maybe VATS?

but why would that be done afterwords? It even says anty theft system in the side windows.

I dont do prom tuning crap, i just know that the resistance is how vats works...
