Battery Ground

in the midst of ripping the motor out and whatnot, the ground for the battery got unbolted, and I don't remember where it went...did it ground to one of the alt. bolts or did it ground to the chasis? i'm not sure it matters, but I just wanted to make sure....I'd hate to fry something over something so simple...

Ground it to the engine block, then run another ground strap to the chassis.
