Car idles funny, when cold

I Have A 91 Camaro Z-28 with a 305 TPI and when I first start it up, it idles
with a lope(miss). After about 15 min of driving(engine warms up) it smooths out, every once in awhile it will have a little spurt of this problem, when its warm to, but not often. A regular tune up has been done spark plugs and wires, cap and rotor, air filters, and pcv valve. The car has 62,700 org miles, a compression test was also done
and was ok. Any suggestion

1. Temperature sensor might be bad. ECM thinks it's warm when it's actually cold.
2. Fuel pressure might me not high enough.

Did you time it after the tune up?

My 88 S/c does the same thing, have been told to check the E.G.R. Valve. Might try that.
