My intake manifold bolts are stuck

I tried to remove a few and I broke my craftsman T-40 bit without even making them budge. There is no way returning it 100+ times will help. What do I even do? They are STUCK. I'm trying to get the heads and manifold out so I can scrap the block.

I used an air hammer with a chisel bit to first, cut a slot in the bolt head, then lean the air hammer over striking the bolt in a way to turn it. Had them all out in abt 5 mins and they were all stuck.

Had to buy new bolts, but that's ok since I wanted to get rid of that TORX crap anyway.

I did this on an eng stand. Not sure if there would be room for this technique with eng installed.

Well Im scrapping the block so dremeling the torx heads off shouldn't be a big deal then. Do the bolts go into the heads? If so then I really need them out.

well if you dremel the head off, once you remove the intake you will have enough of a stub to put a stud puller on it and remove it
