My AIR BLOWS!!!! . . . .
. . . only through the defog vents.
"Vent," "Heater," and "DeFog" only blow through the defog ports. Is this a motor operation of some sort or simply a vacuum system that I can fix?
P.S.- The A/C still blows through the proper vents.

That's weird. Probably the vacuum "switch" that is connected to the back of the HVAC controller lever on the dash has gone flaky.
The top "defrost" vents are the default vents on a 3rd gen that the air will blow out of if there is no vacuum supplied to the HVAC controls from the vacuum reservoir under the hood (which is ultimately fed vacuum from the engine's intake manifold).
But since there is at least ONE setting that the air blows out the proper vents I'd probably suspect the HVAC vacuum switch and not a total failure of vacuum supply to the whole system.
