AC Blower won't shut off

Drove to class today, stopped the car, shuter down and heard this noise like my AC was blowin, well at first I thought it was just something from the plant I parked next to, but I got and it was my AC. Even after I had turned the car off the blower was still going. So I unplugged it and went to class. Drove home afterwards, plugged it back in and it stayed off this time. So it's workin right now, but what the heck made it stay on in the first place, don't want to have to unplug it every other time I go some where so what could it be?

I've had it suggested that it's the switch in the dash, or that it's the relay, So I pulled the fuse under the dash, and it stopped right, no surprise, put the fuse back in, didn't come back on. That is till I switched the AC on and off, and then it stayed on. So I'm thinkin it's the switch, but I really don't know. Whata ya think?
Oh and do I need to go to a dealer to get the switch or the relay, if so any idea of a more specific part than just the switch thingy?

BA91,

The Snake is being cautious. I'd say the chances of the relay contacts welding are more like 100-130%. I understand that it is working now, but it WILL happen again.

Pardon me for what may be a stupid question, I've never had to replace a relay, but:
1. How do you check it?
2. Where do you get it?
