it should, I have a 90 roller block in a truck that has plain hydraulic lifters, you may want to check and be sure that the lifter bore is the same.
I think the only difference is the bores are taller.
You will need to change the push rods too, think roller push rods are .100" shorter.

The timing chain gear is different as well.

Why take a step backwards?

But you can keep your stock roller lifters and pushrods. If you go back you'll need to get new sets and the total cost will be pretty much the same.

$150
.446/.450 lift with 1.5 rockers.

You may have to tap the pin back that goes through the timing gear, but it fits fine otherwise.

Something else to consider: your computer may not like the hydraulic cam. At least that's what I've heard, don't know if it's true. You would really do better just to get the roller cam. The price will come out to be about the same anyway, after you exchange all the parts. And roller cams are better anyway.

I have the LT4 cam in mine and it works well.

Just push the pin in until it does not stick out through the timing gear too much. All of your other valvetrain parts will work with this cam and it will not screw up the tuning. I did add some fuel with the chip as I burn my own but from what many people on here say you can just tune it with fuel pressure adjustments.

I bought my cam at Jim Pace Parts online for $140 if I remember correctly.
