EP1 is a term Federal / TRW / Speed-Pro uses to designate that the cam is "one step up" from stock. Don't know the specs off the top of my head,,,, but it should be small duration low lift (and obvious)--- IF thats what it is.

I'll bet thats it. I had a Melling IIRC it was MTC1 or EPC1 or something like that, and thats the specs of that cam. Its basically a lame duck cam, although you can make a little more power than stock with it. Some people do well if the other components are well matched.

Got a mic? Measure the lobes. Measure the base circle (smallest measurement) and the top of the lobe (largest measurement). Subtract those. Thats the lobe lift. x1.5 for valve lift.

BTW you need a cam? PM me. I have a few I dont need. Tell me what you are putting it in, I dont know. And you probably dont remember but I met you at Nojoqui briefly after you finished the scenic route.
