If it has trouble cranking and its not the battery it could be the starter. Find out where the clicking is coming from, hopefully its the solenoid on the starter. When it does turn over but doesn't run it is missing one of two things, fuel or spark. Hook up a fuel psi gauge and turn the car to acc and see if there is proper pressure. If there is check spark hope this helps.
