can i ask another opinion on an engine?

i have $3800 doing nothing so i am looking at my different options. short block/ long block


would this be a good street motor? will angle plugs be ok?



Description


This is for a pump gas real hard core 355ci Small Block Chevy that is .030 over. It comes with a set of angle plug 200cc Aluminum PBM Strike Force Heads with 2.055 X 1.60 valves with 1.440 springs and with full 10 degree hardware along with 7/16 studs and a set of PBM 7/16 1:6 full roller rockers and 11/32 lash caps. This engine has a heavy duty roller timing chain on it with a set of Harden .080 wall chrome moly push rods along with ARP head bolts and an PBM Hyd. Roller lifter camshaft that is degreed in and has 523 lift and 232 dur at 50 with 110 cen. It has a 5140 Steel Eagle 1 piece seal crank and with a 3.500 stroke. It has a set of Eagle 6 inch sir connecting rods along with a set of CP custom pistons that are light wt. and forged along with light wt. wrist pins. They are gas ported along with low tension file fit moly rings. They are also have 2 small valve relief's in them that help maximize flame travel for increased hp. These pistons had 7 races on them before being redone and put in this engine. They cost over $900 new. The block is a 2 bolt that has been decked, square bored and honed with the honing plates. It is also comes with a new 8" balancer and the assembly is balanced. It has oil restrictors installed in it as well. It has a stock dimension Canton Racing Pan on it.

Hmm, with that kind of money I think I would just opt for a ZZ4 350, which will runn really nice on the street. And save you money to boot
