Best cam?
I am getting vortec heads and I just wanted to know what the best camshaft would be for a LG4?

Call a cam company - Crane, Crower, Isky, Comp, Lunati, etc.
You need to know:
-compression ratio
-desired RPM range
-maximum valve lift
-converter stall speed
-gearing
-preferably intake flow
...for starters.
