could these heads be used for a 400bhp build up?
Live in the U.K and these heads have just popped up on ebay.

Would these be good enough for a performance build up. I'm looking to get around 400bhp with a CR of around 10 .1.

No, unfortunately....
They will not have the bolt holes in the ends, needed for installing little things like.... an alternator.
They're not 350 heads, or even 327 heads. They're actually 283 heads, from after when the 327 came out; when the 283 had been "demoted" to the economy 2-barrel model, compared to the "premium performance" 327 (usually a 4-barrel in those years). http://www.mortec.com/castnum.htm
