aftermarket knock sensor kit

i will be installing my weiand 142 motor soon and was thinking of getting a knock sensor kit to watch for knocks. i will be running a 6al btm but just want to be on the safe side. anyone here know anything about them. pro's and con's!! anyone running this kind of setup. tanks
