Bolting Coil Bracket onto Intake Bolts????

i have a 1991 z28 that had the TPI and now has a stealthram. i would like to mount my coil using the two center intake bolts on the passenger side...

can i remove those two center bolts (intake has already been bolted on), bolt on the coil bracket, and have everything hold up and seal correctly?]

TIA

Some heads have the accessory holes drilled in both ends of the heads... why not use one of those holes on the back of the head (if its there)?

its too tight in the back of the motor and i dont want to run it in the front.

the factory bracket is also at the perfect angle to mount on the two center intake bolts....like its calling me to do this. i can route the wiring behind the fuel rails so it wont bee too visible.

but the questiosn remains...can i pull the two middle bolts only and replace them without any leaking? or will i just have to try it?

I've pulled those out and put them back in, no problem. just be sure that when you put those two back that you don't over-torque them causing warping of the intake-head flange. I also recommend you put teflon thread sealer, sometimes there's oil-wicking up the threads, maybe it's capillary action, anyways, teflon thread sealer solved that problem. it depends on the heads, whether those threads open upon into the valley and are exposed to oil splash. when you put those two bolts back, may be a good time to retorque all the bolts, in the right sequence.
