Drilling aluminum?

Drilling aluminum?
I just bought these valve covers and as you can see,there are no oil cap or pcv provisions.How do I drill out the holes without ruining the covers?

Holesaw for metal, and a drill press. A machine shop would be the best way though.

^^^what he said. you can also use your die grinder or dremel. Trace a circle the size of the hole you want, and grind it out to the line.

Can you send those back. They make those covers with the proper holes in them already for the same price.

Theres some factory center bolt valve covers from a 92 TPI at the j/y right now.You should go buy them.They are very nice and clean
