You need to have the push-in stud boss machined down then the hole needs to be tapped for a screw in stud. Although they sell a tool to do it, most people get it done at a machine shop.

I did it vaders way, but I didn't buy that pulling/tapping jig, I just made a simple one. Worked well.
Stephens way is the more common way, and involves machining the boss down for guide plates. If you don't want/need guide plates, Vaders way is fine to use.

I read vaders artical on screw in studs but i dont too much like mr gasket. I have never seen their studs,but does arp make a ball stud. also do you trust these mr gasket studs

ARP only makes the collared studs. I think another manufacturer makes the non collared ones like mr gaskets... not sure who, maybe moroso?
ARP studs you can't use stover nuts for your rockers, or at least they say you CAN'T.. I remember a member saying a rocker stud cracked off while he was putting on the distorted thread locking nut.... something about the harder steel of the ARP being prone to cracking from the harmonics or something....

I want to use the mr gaskets 1075s but they seem to be hard to find. I searched summit and they will make you wait a month so I went to autozone and they carry everything but

you know what I am going to run the summit cam and I think I would like to pin the studs how is this done
