Car running rich and stalling?

I've got a 87 tpi and I can't seem to figure out why it's acting this way.
The idle is jumpy, it goes from 1000 rpm to 500 at will. Sometimes when coming to a stop it'll be around 2000. I changed the ICM, and it's better but still all over... and to top it off it smells really gassy. I searched, but I didn't find much, has anyone got any suggestions?

openning suggestion would be to check your fuel pressure and post back on the board.

CTS sensor can do this . Also the surgeing part could be a fauly MAF burnoff relay .

While I'm at it, I can't seem to get any codes except 12 even though my car is running rough. That seems odd, but I'm off to check the sensor.

Well, I disconected the battery and the check engine light finally came on. I got my code reader out and got a 15. Temp sensor it is.
Thanks for the tips guys!
