Starting Problem

I have a 89 GTA with L98. Mods are an air foil, headers, no cat, AIR removed. Prom has been programmed to delete VATS and AIR. First time I go to start it, it's fine. Could drive across the country without a problem as long as I don't shut it off. Shut it off and try to restart, and it will turn over no problem, but won't fire. If I wait 5 minutes, and try again, it will start. Car has been sitting about 4 years with only occasional engine starts. In the last 30 days, I have replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, starter, alternator, MAF sensor, pickup coil, distributor cap, rotor, module, and ECM. Fuel pressure is around 42 and injectors check out on Noid light. Any suggestions?

During the no-start period, what is the engine missing? Fuel or spark?

Appears to be getting both. After searching and reading a ton of posts, I'm wondering if my injectors are leaking after I shut it off causing it to flood and the few minutes gives the fuel time to evaporate. It has original injectors, multec I think from what I read. Seems they have a history of going bad if they sit. Any other possibilities?

Does it start if you try a clear-flood start (plant the gas to the floorboard while you crank it over)? If the injectors are leaking, that will allow it to start up a little easier.

Check for spark and fuel pressure during the no start. Check fuel pressure after shut down for bleed-off rate.

How long should it take to bleed down?
