car shakes and misses!! please help

Axle/Gears: strange 3.73's
car shakes and misses!! please help
this just started today, when the engine idles it will miss 2-3 times every 5 seconds. then when i hit the gas at idle the hole car shakes from vibration. when i drive it it will continously miss through the entire rpm band. i checked the timming and it is steady at 6* adv. coil,plugs and wires are all about 2 months old. any help would be nice.

When you replaced the wires, were you careful to route them far away from the exhaust manifold? If one of them (or more) got burned and they're arcing, the car will misfire.

i fixed it today, it was a bad distributor cap thanks though
