problem when car goes into "closed loop"

been troubleshooting this problem now for a few months, and still cant fig it out. Seems that when ever the car goes into closed loop after its been running for a lil bit, the idle starts to get really rough, slight skip, and the rps jump up and down when you put her in gear. Its not a heat related problem cause even when the car is hot and the problem is happening, if you shut it off, then start it back up again, it runs fine, untill that closed loop stage. Im gonna throw an ALDL tester on her tomorrow and see if i get any codes. Im just trying to narrow it somewhat down as to what my problem is and how to get it fixed, cause its summer time and i want my baby on the damn road. I know that i failed my emissions test because my NOx levels are really high and the car is surging(rpm jumping that i was talking about.) Ive heard several people having idle problems. Some people say its the EGR soloniod, some say its the valve, ECM, MAF sensor, ect ect. I know that my injectors are not the best so they will have to be changed, but i dont believe that this is causing my problem cause the car has ran fine since ive owned it, this problem has only been happening since like the tail end of last year, in which i take her off the road. I did a resistance check on my injectors, the pass side read:: 16.9, 16.9, 14.4, 10.8 Drivers side read:: 16.7, 16.8, 16.8, 14.0
Any info would be awesome you guys, cause im going nuts.

Hey ..Anybody guess what he is going to get when he reads his codes ???I am betting at the very least a code 45.From the readings you got off the injectors ..get them off thats too much difference in between them.I am guessing the specs are 16 ohms (not sure on v8's) but those dont look good.Get them off and start there, some of your other problems might clear up after the injector swap.Good Luck

replace those injectors from your readings thats too much difference in them, when it gets low in resistance they tend to dump more fuel then required.Do those first and maybe some of your other problems will get solved..I would say 16 ohms is the specs(not sure for v8) they need to be all close to specs give or take an ohm...2 ohms not good.

Sounds like a faulty O2 sensor...
