Injector Ohms screwed up?!

Well I ohmed out my 305 TPI injectors, and I got a 16.1 all across the board. Was quite surprised seing as I got them used, and they are original. But the problem arises when I test the inejctors that came with my Cutler/Holley single-plane EFI. I get a 2.3 all across the board for each one. I dont think if they were bad they would all read the same amount?

After looking around google for a while I do believe I have a set of low-impedance injectors. Anyone wanna back this up? Now I just need to figure out the flow rate, since no-one ever answered by thread about identifying them

The 2.3 ohm injectors certainly are low impredence ones. And, no stock GM ECM will drive them. Will need an external driver box to use them or an aftermarket ECM.

RBob.

Thanks RBob. I am 99.9% sure I dont need them, since my current project is my 350 Im building. Looking for around 380 HP before the nitrous, so these injectors are not needed. Especially since I am using the Ostrich with a 730' ecm.

Now I just need to find the flow rate and they'll be in the Parts For Sale section. Heres the thread describing them. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. They have less than 40 hours on them so Im sure someone might want them

Heck, I'll PayPal someone $5 if you figure this out, i've been looking for MONTHS.

Made a little progress with the injectors. Found they are the Lucas type. Lucas was obtained by Delphi some number of years ago, and all of the part numbers were changed. During the change, some injectors received 2 numbers out of a possible 3: Lucas old, Lucas new, and Delphi old. Also, the color band for ALL injectors became teal/blue/green, completely disregarding previous color codes by Lucas, making Identifying the injectors even more difficult.

Example: Lucas old = lucas new = delphi old
Example: 5208009 = 621031 = 01D030B

My injectors have Lucas new and delphi old
621026 = D1540AA

Unfortunately neither of these codes exist anywhere that I have found.

I now at least know the Brand, impedance, and p/n. Now I need to know the flow. Since there is virtually NO info about these injectors available, I see no other option than to have them flow tested. If anyone has any other ideas let me know!

RBob.

I have heard that you can make your own "driver box" by just wiring a resister in series with the injector to make the same resitance readings
