Not a whole lot, the compressor weighs maybe 5 lbs, if you remove the condensor you'll free up a lot of airflow to the radiator, which would help keep the car slightly cooler.

As long as the air isn't on then it isn't exactly hurting your performance. Without engaging the magnetic a/c clutch the pulley is on bearings and freewheels with ease. Every little bit helps, but thats kinda like blowing against a hurricane.

If your A/C works properly, I personally wouldn't touch it. The gains you may net are outweighed by that "creature comfort", In my opinion.

If you don't have visual emmisons in your area, I don't see any real consequenses.

If you try to sell it one day, the lack of stuff may cause a problem.

Trust me, you will regret removing the a/c. In case you didn't notice it is HOT outside. Hopefully I will be moving north soon, and I will STILL have a/c!

a/c removal

I don't drive it all that much seeings how saying it gets 12 miles a gallon is generous. Besides, I've cut, burned, and pinched myself too many times because of lack of room. If you roll down the windows and haul a** it cools right off inside.

Not in Texas. I've had 2 cars with no a/c, man that sucked. I'm temporarily in Georgia and my a/c is a little weak in the Firebird so it still kinda sucks.
