I'm told a vacuum leak???
My car has been stalling and idling all over the place. If I sit at a light the idle goes high to low, hunting. I had the idle air control motor replaced thinking it would solve the problem, nope. Tested TPS throttle body has been cleaned. My mechanic did a vacuum leak down test and told me there is a leak in the number 2 cylinder. I'm told it's not a head gasket, but a intake manifold gasket? Does this sound right????

could be.
get one of those bottles of propane, that plumbers use for soldering. Like $10. turn it on, but don't light it, then with the engine running, and it's doing it's "funny" idle, move it over the #2 cylinder, around the intake. If the idle speeds up, there's your vacuum leak. Move it all around and see where it's coming from.
