Awful Smell
Pretty much as the topic says. I start my car and I get smell as if I ran over a cat and its rottening underneath. However I checked for a dead animal and nothing is there. The smell is really strong on the passenger side at the door. I'm curious, could it be my cat going bad? Would that create a rotten smell?
Thanks in advance

Usually when a cat is going bad it smells like rotten eggs. Is that the smell?

Well yeah that pretty much is the smell. Rotten eggs, dead cats, all the same.
I'll look in changing it. 120k I guess its time. Is that a Sat morning type job?

Hey, my ex hit a flock??(is that what you'd call em?) of like 5 or 6 skunks once, and the smell was there for like 3 days.Even after the car wash! It even stunk up half of the parking garage
But yeah, you'll most likely need a converter. Unless you have a torch set, you'll probably not be able to replace it yourself.
