1 problem left with formula

I rebuilt the front end today new everything.

Its like a new car now. Gezzz what a difference..no more wandering.

Still have the shifting problem. Let me explain it again.

When driving slow 25 to 30 mph the car shifts (1 normal) then (2nd hard) then (bogs 3rd)..

when driving 40 and over still shifts hard to 2nd and no bog in 3rd.

I was told there is a shift pack in it never heard of one for an automatic with overdrive.

and all of the above symptoms are in regular drive not over drive but does it in over drive also.

could this be a tourq converter problem?
If you have had the same experience please point me in the right direction.Because i know if i go to a tranny shop there gonna hit me hard .

It was doing it before. Thats why i had it done..

Someone said that around that year something with the computer controled converter some chips had problems and they had to change them...

I thought i heard of a way to bypass the computer controlling the tranny but cant find where i saw it..
