oil pan suggestions?

i am looking for an oil pan for my 383 in my 87 iroc.
i want a larger capacity but dont want it to be lower to the ground because i am lowering the car.i guess i want kick outs to the side and a oil scraper/windage tray.

does anybody have anything like this on their car or suggest anything.

A Moroso P/N 20205 might work, or a Milodon P/N 30909 or 30902. You'd have to add the windage tray or crank scraper.

Do you really need all that?

I have the Milidon one on my 383 w/ Felpro 1 piece gasket. Works good, a little more capacity over stock. The car is lowered about 1" no problems.

I was alwyas worried about the y pipe getting in the way of these things. You guys have headers ? I have th SLP's and was worried about hitting.

I have SLP headers as well. The crossover pipe is tight against the pan, but it clears. I wrapped mine in heat (header) tape.

One is a stock type pan and one has more clearance for stroker cranks.

Be careful

I recently purchased some 1 7/8 long tube Headmen headers and they will not work with a kick out pan.
