Changing Valve seals
My valve seals are shot...every 700 miles i have to change my spark plugs due to filing and oil deposit...and have to add a quart a week..
is there anyway to change them without taking the head off

yes its very easy to with the heads on the engine
get the compressor that has the tangs that go into the sides of the valve springs and has the threaded shaft that you turn by hand that pushes down on the valve retainers
very easy and they are cheap at any auto parts store
you will need a fitting for air hose to screw into the spark plug holes, it is cheap too, 14mm size, use the full PSI output of the air compressor, 100 psi or more preferably
good luck

has to be cuz my compression is fine and it doesnt smoke at all just when i first start it up cuz the oil in the cylinder and its only on the left side of the block..you got to see the spark plugs get soo much oil and ash deposit.. then they start misfiring and just stop working its horrible

Any decent parts store or tool store should have the tools. You'll want to leave the compressor running. If the valves drop, you'll have to start tearing things apart to get them.
