Re: all around starting problem

I dont know what you have checked, a list might help. The first thing I think of is the plate under the carb.

Re: all around starting problem

starter is brand new
gas lines under went some mateness
spark plugs been replaced
plenty of gas
700 cranking amp battery and cables hooked up to my truck
fuel pump seems fine

from what i can tell its either a spark problem or a fuel problem
any ideas?

Re: all around starting problem

Is it constantly cranking and just not starting? Or is it only cranking a few times and stopping...

Try checking the ignition coil. you might not be getting spark.

Re: all around starting problem

Verify you are having spark, if you find out you don't have spark work your way back until you find out why. Throwing parts at problems gets expensive and time consuming.

Yes, diag until you find the problem instead of throwing parts on and crossing your fingers.
