Broken timing chain?

Re: no compression
Holy cow man, your spelling is brutal! I don't mean to insult, but when it gets in the way of understanding, it's a hindrance.
Ok, so no compression in 1 or 3, but ok compression in the rest?
Can you explain the valve caps? I have no idea what you mean there.
Something in valve train is my guess, which may or may not relate to the "valve caps" thing.

Re: no compression
here is a question.. did you happen to over rev it before storage time??? to the point of extreme valve float??
could be bent valves, broken timing chain, missing pistons and rods(joking)

Re: no compression
I small shot of engine oil and a new compression test will tell you if it is the rings or valves. If compression comes up then look toward the rings if not look toward the head. Not 100% look but gives an educated guess how far you have to tear it down if needed.

Re: no compression
if you dont have compression, it would be best to tear it down anyway.. you will have to, to re-ring it anyway..

Re: no compression
Ok what i ment by the valve caps is that its the beather caps that go on top of the valve covers, my old breather caps where hooked to the top of my intake but i got read of them and went with a different set that dont hook to the top of the intake. i have no compression anywhere on my motor and i just did a compleat oil change i also put a new radiator in it.
here we go. things i have done to it since i bought the car
new plugs and plug wires.
compleat oil change
new air filter
th350 trans
168 flexplate
starter
shift cable
kickdown cable
new distributar cap

Re: no compression
you can do an incomplete oil change??? but still, your list dont mean anything.. none of that has anything to do with compression.. theres only a few things that can be causing little or no compression.. thats broken timing chain, bent valves, cracked head(s), blown head gasket(s) or toasted piston rings.. your best bet would be to pop the valve covers off and check to see if the valves are moving at all when it is being cranked over.. no move=no timing chain.. make sure all of them come up all the way.. if some dont come up all the way=bent valve(s)..
