Well it says to put 1/3 into the fuel tank, 1/3 down the carb and the other 1/3 down the crankcase....now if i do it i wouldnt put it down the crankcase...

Re: What about Seafoam???

yeah i am not a fan of putting stuff like that in engine oil... maybe for a diesel but not for a SBC... but it will clean pretty good for the rest of the engine...

Re: What about Seafoam???

i see...ive heard that using the stuff can be a win loose situation sometimes...in the way that it will clean outthe engine pretty well but at the same time freeing up bad seals of sludge so that they leak. My engine has a little over 160,000 KM on it would you say that my seals are bad? kinda hard to tell i know but from normal wear and tear how do you think they would be? thanks again.

Re: What about Seafoam???

well the only seals i would worry about would be the RMS but as you arent putting it in the oil that isnt a problem...

Re: What about Seafoam???

I have used it in the engine before but usually I just hook it up to a vacuum line suck some in and then let it sit a few days then watch my baby smoke more then I do.
